About the Role:

Kaizenat Technology is looking for an experienced Senior Engineer
with strong expertise in
FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) Rectangular Tank Design
, proficient in both
Structural and CFD Analysis using ANSYS Software
. The role involves detailed simulation and design validation for offshore applications, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform
    structural analysis and design
    of FPSO rectangular tanks using
    ANSYS Mechanical / APDL
    .
  • Carry out
    CFD simulations
    in
    ANSYS Fluent / CFX
    to evaluate
    fluid flow, pressure distribution, and sloshing effects
    inside the tanks.
  • Conduct
    finite element modelling (FEM)
    ,
    buckling
    ,
    fatigue
    , and
    vibration analysis
    for offshore structural components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure
    design optimization
    , safety compliance, and performance validation.
  • Prepare detailed
    engineering reports, validation documents
    , and
    technical presentations
    .
  • Ensure all designs meet
    DNV, ABS, API, and other offshore design codes
    .

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum
    5+ years
    of experience in
    FPSO / Offshore Structural Design and CFD Analysis
    .
  • Proficiency in
    ANSYS Workbench, ANSYS Mechanical, ANSYS Fluent / CFX, and APDL
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    fluid-structure interaction
    ,
    pressure vessel / tank design
    , and
    marine load conditions
    .
  • Familiarity with
    offshore design standards
    (DNV, ABS, API).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Immediate joiner preferred
    .

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical
    , Structural, or Ocean Engineering

  • Prior experience in
    FPSO, Oil & Gas, or Marine Design projects
