Position: Client Delivery Manager
Qualification: - Bachelor Degree or equivalent working experience
Experience:- 8-10 years
Location:- Anywhere in India / Remote
Communicate skills required for this role: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English for effective collaboration across teams.
Office Timing & Working Days/Week Details: Monday to Friday IST Hours 9am-6pm (Requires some flex days per week to overlap with US working hours (2 days per week). 2pm-10pm.
Certifications required: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a "nice to have"

About the role
As a client delivery manager, you will play a critical role in leading the successful delivery of client software solutions and internal initiatives. This is a highly collaborative and client-facing position where you'll serve as a key point of contact—organizing workstreams, clarifying priorities, and ensuring initiatives stay on track.
You'll bridge technical teams and business stakeholders, coordinating distributed development teams across multiple time zones while ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. Your ability to proactively identify risks, optimize workflows, and problem-solve challenges will be essential to driving seamless execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Required Skills
- Curious– able to understand client needs, ask the right questions, and adapt solutions accordingly.
- Hungry – Proven leader in driving positive change and creating a culture of winning for external and internal stakeholders.
- 8+ years of experience in project management within IT, engineering, or consulting environments.
- Hands-on experience managing and configuring Jira (or similar tools) including workflows, custom fields, automations, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of release management, QA processes, and documentation standards in a technical environment.
- Ability to track and report on product goals, ETCs, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a focus on driving execution and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills—especially across time zones, with both technical and non-technical audiences. Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Proactive ownership – takes initiative to follow through on tasks and "chase down" unresolved items
- Heavy Industrial Manufacturing experience
- Client-facing experience – confident in facilitating and interacting with external stakeholders and representing the company professionally
- Adaptability – thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where priorities can shift quickly
- Stakeholder management & escalation – skilled at managing expectations, escalating issues constructively, and driving alignment across multiple levels of seniority
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in a high-growth startup: Experience in rapidly evolving environments, where flexibility and quick decision-making are crucial.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity in early-stage or evolving product environments
- Previous experience working with remote, distributed teams
- Experience with product development: Background in working with product teams to translate market and user needs into actionable project plans.
- Background in consulting, solution delivery, or client success roles
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead client delivery and communication, serving as the primary point of contact throughout delivery to ensure client satisfaction and relationship trust
- Foster a culture of transparency, ownership, and collaboration within the delivery team
- Own project management for both internal and external initiatives, including planning, timeline tracking, and risk mitigation
- Provide resource planning and coordination for implementation team resources, ensuring the right people are aligned with the right priorities to meet customer needs.
- Partner with business development to identify opportunities for account growth and expanded client engagement. Collaborate with Product Management to align engineering capacity with roadmap priorities and support quarterly strategic planning efforts.
- Translate client objectives into actionable delivery plans, keeping projects in scope, on time and within budgeted cost.
- Facilitate client communications through regular updates, feedback sessions, and retrospectives. Monitor and manage delivery metrics to ensure performance, accountability, and data-driven decision making
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and communication between internal teams (engineering, product, leadership) and external client stakeholders to ensure culture of trust and transparency is maintained
- Identify, develop, and implement new processes to improve delivery efficiency, scalability, and overall quality
