Key responsibilities

  • Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales strategy and planning: Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to meet company goals and sales targets.

Product knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to answer customer questions accurately and provide solutions

Sales administration: Prepare and present sales reports, proposals, and quotes. Track sales data and maintain accurate records.

Customer service: Address customer inquiries and complaints, and provide after-sales support to resolve issues.

Market and competitor analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, understand customer needs, and monitor competitor activities.

Team collaboration: Work with other departments, such as marketing, to develop promotional activities and ensure a cohesive customer experience.
