Responsibilities

Roles & responsibilities

We are recruiting for a Manager in the Operations team. Working as a Manager in this team, your responsibilities will include:



•Lead a team of Analysts, Executives and Seniors in the team

•Managing and owning SOW's for the Audit function

•Closely working with the finance team for monthly hyperion reporting, invoicing, managing queries from different stakeholders including onshore/KI

•Monthly/Yearly vendor cost provisioning and reconciliations

•Maintaining and setting up of cost centers and project codes

•Closely working with the Senior Manager to track the budget vs actual on a monthly basis for all the key KPIs (HC, hours, utilisation, costs amongst others)

•Collaboration across functions (Finance, Admin, IT and other BUs) to ensure seamless coordination and support

•Support Senior Manager in drawing real estate strategy

•Partnering with resourcing for Lending and borrowing from finance perspective.

•Operational excellence – Partnering with the Lean team to identify areas of improvement and innovation

•Ensuring timely onboarding/offboarding of resources and track movements

•Demonstrate innovative mindset through use of various tools in order to deliver effective & efficient solutions

•Actively participate in team development activities like delivering technical training sessions, acting as the performance manager, mentoring the junior team members to support building most competent audit teams

•Work with the senior management and key onshore contacts contributing to the overall business growth

•Act as the Performance Manager and lead the career development of staff members

Qualifications

This role is for you if you have  the below

Educational qualifications



•Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (e.g. ICAI or ACCA) / MBA from recognized body

Work experience



•8+ year experience with a Big 4 in Operations role/COO support

Mandatory  technical & functional skills



•Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
