As a Performance Marketer at Magicdecor you will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels.

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Create and execute campaigns aimed at driving lead generation, enrollment, and enhancing brand engagement.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for performance, implementing A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign settings to improve conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the creative and content teams to ensure that campaigns align with brand messaging and are visually appealing.
  • Leverage audience data and segmentation to create personalized campaigns that resonate with the target market, enhancing engagement and boosting conversions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Proven experience in performance marketing with expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization.
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
