Job Summary:
Tymor Technologies is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist with strong expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Project Operations modules. The ideal candidate will manage CRM customizations, build automations, create dashboards, and integrate Dynamics with key platforms such as Teams, Power BI, website forms, 3CX phone system, Hootsuite, and additional marketing/communication tools.
You will play a critical role in ensuring our global business operations run efficiently through custom workflows, data accuracy, analytics, and advanced integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Marketing, Project Operations)
- Customize, configure, and optimize Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Project Operations.
- Create, modify, and manage fields, forms, views, dashboards, custom tables, and relationships.
- Build and optimize Customer Journeys, lead scoring models, segmentation, and email automation (Marketing module).
- Set up and maintain Sales pipelines, business process flows, opportunity stages, and custom workflows.
- Create and update resource scheduling, tasks, project activities, project templates (Project Ops).
Integrations:
Integrate Dynamics with:
Company Website (lead forms, API connections, UTM tracking)
- Microsoft Teams (approvals, collaboration workflows, notifications)
- 3CX Phone System (call logging, click-to-call, CRM pop-ups)
- Hootsuite (social engagement tracking + UTM alignment)
Email platforms, Ads platforms (Google/LinkedIn), GA4, and other marketing tools.
Manage API mappings, webhook logic, and connector workflows.
Automation & Power Platform:
- Build automated flows using Power Automate.
- Create custom apps and solutions using Power Apps (optional but preferred).
- Maintain environment solutions, security roles, and permissions.
Data, Analytics & Reporting:
- Build interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI using CRM data.
Create executive insights for:
MQLs, SQLs
- Campaign performance
- Sales pipeline analytics
- Customer engagement
Project progress and resource utilization
Ensure data cleanliness, deduplication, and standardized naming conventions.
General Duties:
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, PMO, and Leadership teams.
- Troubleshoot CRM issues, implement enhancements, and maintain documentation.
- Train team members as needed on new CRM workflows and dashboards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations is strongly preferred.
- Proficient in creating & modifying fields, entities, forms, business rules, workflows.
- Strong experience with Power BI dashboards and data modeling.
Hands-on experience integrating Dynamics with:
Websites / Web Forms
- Teams
- 3CX
- Hootsuite
Marketing platforms
Experience with Power Automate and connected workflows.
- Understanding of UTM tracking, GA4, and social media analytics is a major plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work US-based hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications (MB-210, MB-220, PL-200, PL-400, etc.).
- Experience with API-based integrations.
- Experience in Sales + AI tools, CRM automation, or Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
- Experience working with global teams and US-based clients.
