We are looking for a proactive and goal-driven Field Sales Engineer to join our growing team. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and experience with industrial or engineering products, this could be the right opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through proactive cold calling and market outreach
- Visit clients across the assigned region to build strong relationships
- Present, demonstrate, and promote our engineering and NDT products
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Track competitor activities and identify new market opportunities
- Maintain detailed sales reports, visit logs, and client feedback
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial/engineering sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic technical understanding of engineering products is a must
- Knowledge of NDT products is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned region
Requirements
- Education: Engineering or technical background preferred
- Travel: Mandatory (Regular field visits)
- Reporting: Regular submission of sales updates and client interactions
- Candidate must be comfortable with field sales activities
