We are seeking a highly experienced Plant Head to lead the entire manufacturing operations of our WHO-GMP certified pharmaceutical unit Dallas Drugs Pvt Ltd, Baddi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production excellence, compliance, strategic planning, cost efficiency, manpower leadership, and overall plant performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end plant operations including Production, QA/QC, Engineering, Warehouse, HR & Compliance.
  • Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with WHO-GMP, regulatory standards, and approved SOPs.
  • Plan and achieve production targets, improve productivity, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Oversee quality systems, audits, regulatory inspections, and timely implementation of CAPA.
  • Ensure timely batch manufacturing, documentation accuracy, and cross-department coordination.
  • Lead and mentor department heads, build team capabilities, and maintain high discipline/safety culture.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (labour laws, EHS, pollution control, fire safety, etc.).
  • Represent the plant to management with regular reporting on performance, risks, and improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75, ₹150,000.00 per year
