  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their event needs and preferences.

  • Event Planning: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution, including logistics, catering, and equipment management.

  • Sales and Marketing: Identify new sales opportunities, develop event proposals, and negotiate contracts to meet sales targets.

  • Communication: Provide exceptional customer service through proactive communication and problem-solving.

  • Event Execution: Ensure client satisfaction and successful event execution.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Previous experience in event planning, sales, or hospitality is preferred.

  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Familiarity with hospitality software and business management tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
