Sales Engineer – Industrial

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage new business opportunities in industrial and automation products.
- Identify potential clients in manufacturing, robotics, and automation sectors.
- Understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, presentations, and proposals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to closure.
- Build long-term relationships with OEMs, integrators, and end-users.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Experience: 4–10 years in B2B sales of industrial / automation / electrical / mechanical / capital equipment.
- Proven experience in industrial solution selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
