Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and confident BD Caller to support lead generation and outreach for our US Healthcare/RCM services. This role involves outbound calling, lead qualification, and scheduling appointments with US-based healthcare clients.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English ( US accent).
- Strong interpersonal and active listening abilities.
- Confidence in speaking with US clients over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
- Ability to understand and explain US healthcare services (Medical Billing, Coding, AR).
- Ability to meet daily/weekly call and lead targets.
- Willingness to work in Night Shift (US Shift).
- Positive attitude with strong work discipline.
Preferred Skills
- Prior internship or experience in international sales / BPO.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Knowledge of lead generation, appointment setting, or sales development.
Education
- Candidates with degrees in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or related fields .
