Position Title: Beautician – Skin Services

Department My Senz – Skin Wellness Division

Location: Iyyapanthangal

Experiences: 1- 3 years

Reports To: ASM – Service / Store Manager

Position Summary

Responsible for delivering professional skin facials, advanced skin treatments, and laser hair removal services, ensuring superior client experience and strict adherence to My Senz hygiene and service standards. This role focuses exclusively on skincare — not hair or styling services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform skin facials, advanced skin treatments, and laser hair removal services as per My Senz protocols.
  • Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments and home-care products.
  • Maintain hygiene and sanitize tools, equipment, and treatment rooms after every service.
  • Promote skincare packages and retail products to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Support appointment scheduling, client follow-ups, and product inventory management.
  • Participate in training sessions on My Senz techniques and new technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Degree in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or Aesthetics from a recognized institution.
  • Relevant hands-on experience in skin facials, skincare services, or laser hair removal treatments.
  • Knowledge of facial techniques, skincare products, and use of laser/skin equipment.
  • Strong communication, customer handling, and sales skills.
  • Professional grooming, discipline, and commitment to service excellence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
