Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role based in Kozhikode. The Sales Coordinator will facilitate smooth sales operations by coordinating between internal teams and clients. Responsibilities include maintaining communication with clients, tracking orders, ensuring timely delivery, handling inquiries, and supporting the sales team with documentation, scheduling, and follow-up tasks. The role emphasizes streamlining sales processes and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient communication and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations, with the ability to manage processes effectively.
  • Strong Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience and resolve inquiries promptly.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and internal teams professionally.
  • Understanding of Sales principles and experience in collaborating with sales teams to achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in using sales management tools and CRM software is an added advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
