About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing & Growth Executive who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This role combines marketing, storytelling, and advisor engagement — ideal for someone who loves turning words, ideas, and relationships into measurable outcomes. You'll help kimbocorp grow users, onboard advisors and partners, and make "Formalise your ambition" a movement that spreads on its own.
Key Responsibilities1. Advisor Activation & Growth
- Recruit and onboard new
commercial advisors
via LinkedIn, Telegram, and email. - Design advisor onboarding kits (decks, guides, WhatsApp templates).
- Manage advisor outreach and engagement, ensuring each advisor launches campaigns.
- Track advisor activity (invites, user conversions, payouts).
Prepare weekly reports on advisor onboarding, campaign launches, and performance.
Brand & Content Marketing
Plan and publish weekly content (LinkedIn, blog, newsletters) that communicates kimbocorp's mission.
- Write stories and insights highlighting advisor and user success — e.g. "How professionals from India use Singapore to formalise their ambitions."
Maintain tone and consistency across posts, website banners, and outreach decks.
Partner & Ecosystem Marketing
Identify and build partnerships with accountants, lawyers, and CSPs who can onboard clients via kimbocorp.
- Create co-branded materials and track performance by partner.
Help partners run joint campaigns or webinars.
Referral & Invite Campaigns
Manage
Invite & Earn
campaigns for both users and advisors.- Design promotional messaging, visuals, and in-platform prompts to drive referrals.
Track conversions from invites, monitor payouts, and optimise messaging.
Reporting & Analysis
Weekly metrics: new users, advisors onboarded, referral conversions, active campaigns.
- Monthly report: growth summary, top-performing content, and recommendations.
- Work with product team to align marketing with platform analytics.

- Advisor numbers grow month-on-month.
- Advisors actively launch campaigns and invite users.
- Blog and social posts generate real engagement and inbound messages.
- The platform sees more verified users, active companies, and recurring traffic.

Compensation Structure
We believe in
earning through outcomes
, not just effort. To balance stability with performance, the structure is hybrid:
For example: If you:
- Recruit 5 active advisors (SGD 75 each) = SGD 375
- Drive 10 company formalisation conversions (earning SGD 500 each) = 10 × 500 = SGD 5,000
- Meet growth KPI = SGD 200 bonus

If growth continues, payouts scale — this keeps incentives aligned with company success.
Performance Metrics
- Advisor Recruitment: No. of advisors onboarded and active.
- User Acquisition: Verified user accounts and company formations.
- Campaigns Created: Number of advisor campaigns launched.
- Content Engagement: Click-through, views, and post traction.
- Partner Growth: Number of co-branded collaborations or referrals.

- LinkedIn Sales Navigator / Telegram / WhatsApp Broadcast – Outreach & advisor engagement.
- Google Analytics / Search Console – SEO & site performance tracking.
- Canva / Figma – Banners, decks, co-branded visuals.
- ClickUp or Notion – Campaign calendar & reporting.
- ChatGPT (kimbocorp GPT) – Draft content & posts.
