Summary: The Senior Manager/Manager will be the single point of accountability for managing the company's IT infrastructure, SAP ERP systems, cloud environments, and enterprise applications. This
individual contributor
role focuses on vendor coordination, project oversight, and ensuring systems meet operational, security, and compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate will have
6–10 years
of experience in IT/ERP management, a proven record in vendor and project coordination, and hands-on familiarity with enterprise technology environments.

Key Responsibilities & Technology Environment

1. ERP Oversight – SAP & Integrations

  • Coordinate with vendors to manage
    SAP Business One (B1)/HANA
    operations.
  • Oversee integrations using
    SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI
    , and API-based links with
    Outlook & Microsoft 365
    .
  • Review ERP reporting via
    SAP Query Manager, SAP Fiori, Crystal Reports
    .
  • Ensure ERP security governance through
    SAP GRC
    and
    SoD compliance
    .
  • Supervise migration and upgrade plans using
    SAP Data Services, LSMW, SAP HANA Studio
    .

2. IT Infrastructure & Vendor Management

  • Liaise with vendors for maintenance of
    Windows Server 2016/2019, Linux servers
    , and networking (
    Cisco, HP, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, Palo Alto
    ).
  • Monitor vendor reports using
    PRTG, SolarWinds, Nagios
    for performance and uptime.
  • Coordinate
    DR/BCP readiness
    with
    Azure Backup
    and
    Azure Site Recovery
    .

3. Cloud & Virtualization Oversight

  • Oversee
    Microsoft Azure
    environments (VMs, VNets, Azure AD, Blob Storage, Backup).
  • Review vendor work on
    VMware vSphere/ESXi
    and
    Microsoft Hyper-V
    .

4. Hardware & Asset Tracking

  • Track IT assets using
    Balarc
    and ERP-integrated lifecycle systems.
  • Coordinate
    AMC and procurement
    ; ensure smooth remote access tools (
    AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Microsoft Quick Assist
    ).

5. User Support Oversight

  • Monitor helpdesk vendor operations via
    SAP Ticket Manager
    .
  • Maintain IT documentation through
    Confluence
    and
    SharePoint Knowledge Base
    .

6. Security & Compliance

  • Coordinate with vendors for endpoint protection (
    Quick Heal, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
    ).
  • Oversee
    firewall/VPN management
    (Quick Heal, Azure Security tools).
  • Ensure compliance with
    ISO, GDPR, and local regulations
    through scheduled audits.

7. Enterprise Applications Governance

  • Oversee vendor-managed
    Microsoft 365, SAP B1 HANA CRM, Beehive HRMS
    .
  • Approve automation initiatives using
    Python, Java, RPA tools
    .
  • Monitor BI analytics via
    SAP B1 KPIs
    .

8. Communication & Surveillance Systems

  • Coordinate maintenance for
    CCTV (Hikvision), VoIP/PBX (Matrix EPABX)
    , and structured cabling.

9. Project & Vendor Coordination

  • Act as owner for IT and ERP projects using
    MS Project
    and
    Jira
    for tracking.
  • Negotiate vendor deliverables and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 6–10 years
    of experience in IT/ERP management, with strong vendor coordination skills.
  • Working knowledge of SAP ERP systems, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and IT security.
  • Preferred Certifications: SAP Consultant, Azure/M365 Admin, AWS Architect, CompTIA Server+/Network+
