We are currently seeking Supplier Quality Coordinator, to join our Procurement team based in Noida.

About the opportunity we offer:

• Supports qualification process governance.
• Supports development of SQ processes, procedures and tools.
• Oversees and/or leads the execution of Supplier qualification activities on up to critical Suppliers, supports Supplier development activities.
• Communicate quality standards and requirements to suppliers
• Maintain records of supplier performance and compliance.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings for issue resolution.
• Develop and update quality inspection procedures and criteria.
• Supports Supplier Feedback Reporting, supports analysis of performance (indicators).
• Participates in continuous improvement of SQ processes and tools.
• Oversees and/or leads proactive Supplier performance engagement activities of assigned suppliers and their products/services
• Analyzes performance (indicators) and takes a lead role in proposing corrective or improvement actions (involving other functions as necessary) and reports.
• Coordinates reporting to Global Sourcing and Procurement Team
• Executes coordination autonomously, under limited or no supervision, for high-criticality materials 
• Ability to manage qualification campaigns, coordinating other SQ Coordinators
• End to end deliverables for supplier quality management activities as per the delegated task from the business partner.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supplier quality management or a related role.
• Proficiency in quality management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement corrective actions and improvement plans.
• Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Experience with supplier evaluations and initial quality assessments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in providing training and support on quality standards and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Open for 24*7 shifts
