About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our Employer Branding, Thought Leadership, and Strategic Partnership initiatives. This role is ideal for a marketing professional passionate about shaping brand identity, driving employee advocacy, and generating meaningful market visibility through creative storytelling and digital engagement.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams HR, Sales, Presales, and Leadership to position our company as an employer of choice and a trusted partner in digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Employer Branding & Thought Leadership

  2. Develop and execute a compelling employer branding strategy across social media, website, blogs, and video content.

  3. Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to strengthen our positioning as an employer of choice.
  4. Create and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other platforms.

  5. Lead storytelling initiatives that showcase company culture, innovation, and employee success stories.

  6. Prospect Engagement & Lead Generation

  7. Collaborate with Sales and Presales teams to create impactful pitch decks, campaigns, and marketing collateral.

  8. Design and execute digital campaigns, webinars, and outreach programs to generate and nurture leads.
  9. Support presales efforts with tailored content for RFPs, proposals, and client presentations.

  10. Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize engagement and ROI.

  11. Employee-Oriented Branding

  12. Organize and promote internal events, podcasts, and webinars that highlight employee expertise and engagement.

  13. Amplify employee voices and success stories through internal and external channels.

  14. Drive initiatives that build a strong internal brand culture and community connection.

  15. Strategic Partnerships & Analyst Relations

  16. Build and manage relationships with industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester, etc.) and strategic partners (Microsoft, Snowflake, Databricks).

  17. Coordinate submissions for Magic Quadrants, Market Guides, and industry reports.
  18. Leverage partnerships to enhance brand credibility, visibility, and thought leadership positioning.

What We're Looking For

  • 6–10 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Employer Branding, or Communications.
  • Strong storytelling and content creation skills across digital and social media.
  • Proven success in running lead-generation campaigns and measuring impact.
  • Experience managing cross-functional collaboration and strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical mindset.
