1 Position - Manhattan SCALE WMS experience mandatory (can be remote )

2 Positions - .NET & MS SQL mandatory is based out of Mumbai office (Andheri East - Marol)

Candidates must have 3-4 experience in programing (Visual Studio and C sharp, Java Scripts etc.).

Scope of the role :

The role holder will support the operational technology needs of the logistics business, focusing on Warehouse Management System (WMS) maintenance, application support, data reporting, and system development. The role will work closely with warehouse, customer service, and billing teams to ensure smooth functioning of Manhattan SCALE WMS and internal applications developed in MS SQL and .NET or other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Manhattan SCALE WMS and other operational systems.
• Assist in configuration, integration, and testing of WMS functionalities as per business requirements.
• Develop and maintain internal tools, reports, and dashboards using MS SQL, .NET, or other programming languages.
• Support data extraction and report generation for operations and management teams.
• Coordinate with the central IT team or vendors for issue resolution, upgrades, and patch management.
• Document system processes, user guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct user training for system-related changes or new feature deployments.
• Ensure data integrity, access control, and proper logging of user activities in accordance with IT policy.
• Participate in system implementation projects for new clients or services.
• Assist in integration and API-related support between systems (e.g., WMS, ERP, TMS).

The right person:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Certifications in MS SQL Server, .NET technologies, or relevant programming tools will be a plus.

Experience:

• 15 years of hands-on experience in IT support or application development, preferably in logistics or warehousing.
• Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems experience with Manhattan SCALE is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in MS SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).
• Experience with .NET Framework or any object-oriented programming language (e.g., C#, Java, Python).

Knowledge & Skills:

• Familiarity with system integration and API troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of basic network and server concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
