Payments is an interesting engineering challenge in itself with requirements of low latency, transactional guarantees, security, and high scalability. When we add credit and engagement into the mix, the challenge becomes even more interesting with underwriting and recommendation algorithms working on large data sets. We have eliminated the current call center, sales agent, and SMS-based processes with a mobile app that puts the customers in complete control. To stay agile, the entire stack is built on the cloud with modern technologies.

Product and Growth Leader - Wizely

What you will do:
- Define, sequence, and communicate product priorities, balancing near-term wins with long-term platform bets.
- Inject external, industry-level insight into our roadmap—scanning the market, competitors, and emerging tech to surface white-space opportunities.
- Architect and execute the end-to-end growth strategy (acquisition, activation, retention, monetisation) across online (SEO/SEM, paid social, agencies) and offline (events, channel sales, field marketing) environments.
- Discover, negotiate, and launch high-impact distribution channels and strategic partnerships that accelerate scale and brand visibility.
- Own north-star and funnel metrics, run rapid experimentation, and translate findings into product iterations and go-to-market tactics.
- Partner deeply with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing teams to align resources, timelines, and KPIs around a unified growth roadmap.
What are we looking for :
Essential Qualifications:
- 5–7 years in product-growth or growth-marketing leadership roles, with a demonstrable track record of shipping 0-to-1 products or scaling early-stage businesses.
- Proven product-led thinker: you craft hypotheses, run agile experiments, and convert insights into features that move metrics.
- Groom backlogs, apply rigorous prioritization frameworks, author crisp PRDs, and drive squads toward high agile velocity and iterative delivery.
- Obsessively data-driven—fluent in cohort analysis, funnels, A/B testing, LTV:CAC metrics
- Hands-on mastery of growth stack tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Segment, Braze, Optimizely, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Webflow, Zapier) and a curiosity to test the next best thing.
- Comfortable owning P&L-level goals, influencing cross functional stakeholders toward aggressive growth targets
- Experience in fintech or regulated industries is a plus, but your ability to learn verticals fast and bring an outside-in perspective matters more.
- Entrepreneurial bias for action—you thrive in ambiguity, unblock yourself and others, and relish wearing multiple hats to hit audacious timelines.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; you can distill complex data into crisp narratives that inspire internal teams, partners, and customers.
