Commis – Chinese Cuisine

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Commis to join our team in the hospitality industry, specifically in Chinese cuisine. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist the chef in preparing and cooking Chinese dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Develop new recipes and menus to keep culinary offerings fresh and innovative.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure all food is stored properly and handled safely.
