Role & responsibilities

  • Lead modernization of enterprise and healthcare applications into cloud-native architectures on Azure.
  • Refactor legacy applications into modern .NET/Java-based microservices deployed on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and App Services.
  • Migrate legacy data stores to Azure SQL and Cosmos DB, ensuring consistency, performance, and reliability.
  • Implement Azure-native integration patterns for HL7 messaging using API Management, Service Bus, Event Hubs, and Logic Apps.
  • Design and optimize Azure networking components (VNets, ExpressRoute, Load Balancers, App Gateway, Private Link, NSGs, Firewalls).
  • Tune performance, throughput, and latency to meet healthcare-scale workloads.
  • Implement monitoring, observability, and resiliency using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and technical leads in design, integration, and deployment.
