Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associated Leads & Leads at Shadowfax, located in Guwahati. The role involves managing and leading a team of delivery executives, optimizing delivery operations, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The Associated Leads & Leads will be responsible for monitoring delivery metrics, addressing operational challenges, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring the adherence to company standards and policies.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in logistics and supply chain management
  • Knowledge of delivery optimization and operational efficiency strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred
  • Experience in e-commerce or last-mile delivery operations is a plus
