Role Description

This is a
full-time on-site role
for a
Graphic Designer
based in Delhi, India. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs including graphics and logos, ad creatives, developing consistent branding materials, and working with typography to create impactful compositional layouts. Collaboration with the marketing team to ensure cohesive visual communication across platforms is an essential part of the role. The Graphic Designer will also keep updated with design trends to enhance creative outputs.

Pay Range
: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience of at least 1-2 years in creating high-impact visuals
  • Proficiency in Ad creatives, Infographic, Branding and Logo Design, with a solid understanding of brand identity principles
  • Knowledge and expertise in Typography to create compelling and visually effective designs
  • Proficiency in design tools such as
    Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
    and other related software
  • Excellent attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to manage deadlines effectively
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
  • Previous experience in digital marketing or agency environment is a plus

Key Responsibilities

As our Graphic Designer you are expected to fulfill the following key responsibilities:

  • Develop high-performing static and motion creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube, Instagram & display ads.
  • Create multiple ad variations for A/B testing to improve CTR, CVR, and overall campaign performance.
  • Translate briefs and performance insights into visually compelling, KPI-driven concepts.
  • Optimize creatives based on data—scroll-stop rate, CPC, CTR, CPA, and engagement metrics.
  • Adapt designs across formats (Stories, Reels, Display, Shorts, etc.) with consistent quality.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and visual consistency across all campaigns.
  • Collaborate with performance marketers, copywriters, and content teams on creative strategy.
  • Ensure rapid turnaround while managing multiple parallel projects.
  • Produce basic animations/GIFs or light motion graphics when required.
  • Ensure all creatives meet platform policies and technical specifications.
  • Stay updated with ad design trends, platform best practices, and competitor creatives.
