We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR & Admin Lead to design, implement, and manage human resources and administrative practicesthat enable high team performance and engagement.The role is responsible for building an open and vibrant workplaceculture, ensuring effective talent acquisition, onboarding, performancemanagement, and engagement, along with seamless administration and compliance.The ideal candidate will be passionate about people development, organizationalculture, and creating a workplace where team members grow and perform at theirfullest potential.KeyResponsibilities: Employer Branding & CultureBuilding· Drive initiatives thatstrengthen employer branding and organizational culture.· Implement systems aligned withcompany values and mission.· Promote the spirit of self -management and team autonomy HR Policy Formulation &Compliance· Design and implementcomprehensive HR policies in alignment with organizational values and legalmandates.· Ensure fairness, compliance,and ethical integrity in all HR practices. Administration & FacilityManagement· Manage day -to -day officeadministration with attention to detail.· Ensure sourcing and maintenanceof resources (office space, equipment, etc.) for a great work experience.· Implement workplace guidelinesaligned with company culture and values. Talent Acquisition &Onboarding· Source, screen, and hire theright candidates as per business requirements.· Conduct seamless onboarding andinduction programs to integrate new hires effectively. Exit Management & AttritionControl· Conduct exit interviews andanalyze reasons for attrition.· Recommend retention strategiesand ensure smooth offboarding with proper handovers. Performance Management &Capability Development· Design and monitor performancemanagement processes.· Provide continuous coaching,mentoring, and development opportunities to team members. Team Member Engagement &Wellbeing· Organize engagement activities,celebrations, and wellness initiatives.· Identify engagement gaps andwork with leaders to strengthen team satisfaction and retention. Training & LearningManagement· Conduct training needs analysisand deliver targeted learning programs.· Create and deploy individualdevelopment plans for team members.What You Bring· Master's degree in HR, BusinessAdministration, or related field.· 5–10 years of progressive HR& Administration experience, preferably in manufacturing or similarindustries.· Strong expertise in HR policy,compliance, and performance management.· Proven ability in talentacquisition, onboarding, and engagement programs.· Excellent communication,interpersonal, and organizational skills.· Ability to balance strategic HRleadership with hands -on execution.· Passion for building a vibrant,people -first workplace culture.
