Advertising Account Manager
Location: India (On-site)
Role & Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day client servicing for assigned accounts: act as primary client contact, translate briefs into actionable plans, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Develop and execute integrated campaign plans across digital and offline channels—brief creative, align media buys, and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage campaign operations: trafficking, launch, optimisation, performance monitoring, and post-campaign analysis to meet KPIs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, media buying, analytics, ad-ops) to ensure quality, deadlines and budget compliance.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, insights and optimisation recommendations to clients and internal leadership.
- Support revenue growth: identify upsell opportunities, contribute to pitches, and assist in proposal preparation and budget negotiations.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven experience managing advertising or media accounts with direct client contact (onsite role).
- Strong competency in campaign planning and media buying across digital channels.
- Hands-on knowledge of programmatic advertising workflows and ad operations.
- Practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and campaign performance measurement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and creating client-ready presentations (PowerPoint).
Preferred
- Exposure to DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk) and advanced attribution tools.
- Experience working in full-service or digital-first ad agencies handling multiple brands.
- Background in pitch support, commercial negotiations, or upsell strategy.
