-Senior EngineerExecute engineering activities (design, implementation, maintenance, etc.) within technical area of expertise by using reliable and cost effective technical solutions, ensuring technical quality to enable the overall site / project objectives.Maintenance CoordinatorResponsible for Engineering activities including planning and coordination of maintenance And calibration activities, project execution and continuous improvement at site level (e.g. buildings, process equipment, utilities, automation).Manager, Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer Operations positionsEnsure efficient, timely, GMP and safety compliant maintenance of engineering equipment, through expert knowledge, documentation and education on engineering procedures and sequences.Other positions Ensure design, execution and hand-over of mid-size investment projects within cost, time schedule, quality and functionality.  

 

Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Senior Engineer -Support internal and external audits -Own the Training Curriculum for own Job Profile -Lead or contribute to equipment, utility, facility improvement projects (e.g. energy efficiency, productivity, environmental compliance, maintenance) -Get permits for maintenance / calibration / projects -Develop Project Cost Estimation And Value Improvement Review -Identify technical solutions
• Prepare project procurement plan, perform project tendering and procurement -Perform project HSE management And execute project safety stops/reviews Maintenance Coordinator -Ensures equipment operates to required HSE, Quality, Environmental and Reliability standards -Support internal and external audits -Support internal and external audits -Support internal and external audits
• Support internal and external audits -Support internal and external audits -Support internal and external audits -Support internal and external audits -Support internal and external audits -Implement GOPs -Manage maintenance improvement projects and initiatives (local or corporate) -Establish maintenance And calibration plan content
• Enter master data into CMMS (e.g. confirmation and technician time allocations) -Coordinate maintenance / calibration activities -Plan resources for maintenance / calibration -Allocate work for maintenance / calibration to techniciansManager, Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer OPERATIONS positions -Identify key compliance issues and suggest suitable solutions and determine, together with expert units involved, measures to eliminate safety and GMP problems in the technical sector
• Manage resources to ensure both retrospective and prospective qualification of engineering installations -Maintain documentation and preserve know-how regarding engineering procedures / sequences -Organize maintenance to ensure conservation of value, availability of the machines assigned -Act as contact engineer for the machines assigned, ensure appropriate management and development of the subordinate employees

• Manage ad hoc projects -Compile regulations and principles -Support building organizational culture in line with Novartis VAndBOTHER positions -Manage and execute project in alignment with key local and global stakeholders -Execute projects according life cycle costs and project schedules -Ensure state of the art technical solutions according compliance standards and HSE regulations
• Ensure projects on site are developed through their various stages of scope, definition, approval and implementation -Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing
