Are you a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design? We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer with 3 years to 6 years of experience in branding or advertising agencies to join our team.

What we're looking for:

  • 3 years to 6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
  • Experience in an advertising or branding agency
  • Experience creating digital and print graphics
  • Are curious about brand strategy and storytelling.
  • Love experimenting with trends but know when to stick to fundamentals.
  • Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Figma knowledge is a bonus.
  • A portfolio that showcases your creativity, attention to detail, and versatility.
  • Willingness to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stick to deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day involvement in brainstorming sessions
  • Research innovative design ideas
  • Create unique and engaging designs
  • Design content for social media, internal communications and other marketing collaterals
  • Creating proposals for clients, making sure they are in accordance with the clients requirements
  • Standardization of creatives for our brand
  • Providing support in terms of creatives and collaterals to the Client Services team
  • Follow communication design best practices
  • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
  • Adhere to deadlines and requirements of the Client Services Team.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
  • Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
  • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe CS
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Must have an up to date portfolio

  • Should be able to work both in a team and individually
  • Should follow online trends in design
