Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth :

- Develop and execute business strategies aligned with the company's vision and growth objectives.

- Drive P&L ownership, revenue growth, and operational profitability across all verticals.

- Translate the organization's strategic goals into actionable business plans and performance metrics.

- Support M&A initiatives, new business lines, and strategic partnerships (domestic and international).

Operational Excellence :

- Oversee and streamline day-to-day operations, delivery, and project execution across technology units.

- Implement process automation, digital tools, and data-driven decision systems to enhance efficiency.

- Define and monitor KPI frameworks, performance dashboards, and risk management systems.

- Lead initiatives on cost optimization, productivity improvement, and compliance management.

Technology, Innovation & Quality :

- Collaborate with the CTO and tech leaders to ensure innovation, scalability, and technology excellence.

- Foster continuous improvement in product delivery, customer experience, and quality assurance.

- Drive initiatives for digital transformation, cybersecurity compliance, and IT infrastructure resilience.

People & Culture Leadership :

- Build and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams across operations, delivery, and business units.

- Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and collaboration aligned with corporate values.

- Partner with HR to enhance talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational design.

Stakeholder & Board Management :

- Work closely with the CEO and Board of Directors on business performance, expansion, and governance.

- Represent the organization in strategic reviews, investor meetings, and partnership discussions.

- Ensure transparent reporting, timely communication, and strategic alignment across all business units.

Required Skills & Competencies :

- Proven track record in operational leadership within IT/technology / SaaS / digital product companies.

- Strong business acumen with deep understanding of financial metrics, delivery models, and client engagement.

- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and change-management capabilities.

- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution mindset.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Technology.

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Business Management, Strategy, or Operations preferred.

years of progressive experience in IT or tech-driven organizations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (COO, VP Operations, or Delivery Head).
