Designation: Admin Staff

Location: Aynambakkam, Chennai –
Work Timing: 11-hour shift
CTC: ₹3 LPA
Role Overview
The Admin Staff will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative and financial support activities within the facility. The role includes managing petty cash, maintaining essential records, coordinating local purchases, and assisting the stores team to ensure smooth operational workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the petty cash book, including accurate recording of all transactions.
- Prepare and manage vouchers for expenses and payments.
- Maintain and update the attendance register for staff on a daily basis.
- Handle general purchases within the Ambattur area as required by the management.
- Coordinate and work closely with the Stores personnel to support material and stock-related activities.
- Assist in basic documentation, filing, and administrative tasks.
- Provide support to management for day-to-day office operations.
- Ensure proper documentation, organizing, and safe storage of administrative records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in administration, accounts support, or office operations preferred.
- Basic knowledge of petty cash handling and voucher preparation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle local travel within the Ambattur area for purchases.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations (MS Office, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and organizational abilities.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to work in an 11-hour shift.
- Ability to multitask and ensure timely execution of administrative duties.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹250, ₹300,000.00 per year
