About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced
Data Analytics & Dashboard Specialist
with strong expertise in dashboard development, KPI identification, and analytical reporting. The ideal candidate will support MIS, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics, dashboards, and consulting engagements.

You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to design and maintain robust BI solutions aligned with organizational goals and government project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards using
    Tableau
    and
    Power BI
    .
  • Identify relevant
    KPIs
    , build metrics frameworks, and create actionable insights.
  • Perform data extraction, preparation, transformation, modeling, and analysis.
  • Write optimized SQL queries using
    PostgreSQL
    for reporting and analytics.
  • Develop MIS reports, data visualizations, graphs, and statistical summaries.
  • Deliver analytical recommendations and insights to support business decisions.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of datasets across systems.
  • Work closely with IT teams to drive data strategies and BI initiatives.
  • Prepare documentation for dashboards, analytics processes, and data models.
  • Support government project requirements and compliance standards.

Technical Skill Requirements:

  • Tableau / Power BI

Qualification:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum
    15 years
    of experience in Database Management, Dashboards, and Analytics
