Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 
Marketplace Profile with a strong background in performance marketing
. This is a full-time, on-site role for a located in Mumbai. The Marketplace Manager will be responsible for overseeing marketplace operations,
managing ads in marketplaces
, managing product listings, optimizing product visibility, strategizing sales campaigns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role also includes conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and liaising with various teams to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketplace operations and performance marketing
  • Run and manage Amazon PPC and Flipkart Ads, ensuring continuous performance improvement.
  • Skills in optimizing product visibility and strategizing sales campaigns
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing sales data
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and project management abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate with various teams
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and tools is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
