Job Description:
  1. Preparing project plan for EPC projects in primavera / Ms Project based on inputs from planning / Project department.
  2. Monthly billing to customer for engineering, construction and supplies based on inputs from projects / engineering / procurement department and billing breakup.
  3. Payment collection and maintaining all records of bills / payments / withholds / deductions etc. for all projects.Preparing monthly review meetings presentation after Co ordination with site, project manger &engineering & procurement team.
  4. Maintaining all records of project correspondence.
  5. Preparation of weekly & monthly reports for all projects and sends to customer.
  6. Submission of all project documents after collating them from various departments including submission of As-built drawings.
  7. Maintaining records of all project approvals by management.
