1. Job Description:
As a fulltime teacher at Manch Science Classes, the Employee will be responsible for delivering high quality academic instruction to students from both college and school sections. The role involves curriculum planning, effective classroom management, student mentorship, and active participation in academic development programs.
2. Key Responsibilities:
A. Academic Instruction:
Deliver engaging and concept based lessons for ___________________________ to students in both school (Grades_) and college sections (_).
Ensure completion of the syllabus within the stipulated time frame as per the academic calendar.
Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies to enhance learning outcomes, including the use of digital tools where applicable.
B. Curriculum Development:
Design, plan, and update lesson plans, study materials, and academic resources aligned with the curriculum of relevant boards like CBSE, ICSE, State Board, or college syllabi.
Contribute to the development of new academic programs, modules, and workshops to improve teaching standards.
C. Student Evaluation and Feedback:
Prepare, conduct, and evaluate periodic assessments, class tests, mock exams, and assignments to monitor student progress.
Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain academic performance records for continuous assessment.
Identify learning gaps and provide remedial classes or one on one sessions when needed.
D. Academic Mentorship:
Act as a mentor to guide students in academic and career related matters.
Foster a positive and motivating learning environment to encourage student participation and curiosity.
Organize and conduct doubt clearing sessions regularly.
E. Administrative and Institutional Responsibilities:
Participate in staff meetings, academic planning sessions, parent teacher meetings (PTMs), and training workshops.
Maintain discipline in classrooms and ensure adherence to institute policies by students.
Assist in administrative tasks such as maintaining attendance records, preparing academic reports, and coordinating with academic coordinators.
F. Examination and Result Management:
Play an active role in setting question papers, invigilation duties during exams, and evaluating answer sheets.
Analyze examination results and suggest academic improvement strategies for both high performing and underperforming students.
G. Professional Development:
Engage in continuous professional development by attending teacher training programs, workshops, and academic seminars organized by Manch Science Classes.
Stay updated with the latest educational trends, subject knowledge, and teaching techniques.
3. Additional Expectations:
Ensure punctuality and maintain professional behavior at all times.
Uphold the reputation and values of Manch Science Classes through commitment, discipline, and integrity.
Willingly undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
