Job description:

We are hiring for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in IT staffing services across India, US, and APAC markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strategic client relationships, and managing end-to-end business development cycles across RPO, MSP, contract, and permanent staffing solutions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and industry events.
  • Design and execute sales strategies to meet targets, expand market share, and increase deal value.
  • Manage key accounts across India, US, and APAC.
  • Lead pricing discussions, SLA finalization, and contract negotiations with enterprise clients.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine business strategies.
  • Drive end-to-end business development life cycle.

Desired Skills:

  • 10-15 years of experience in IT Staffing Sales, Business development and Recruitment solutions.
  • Proven success in client acquisition, account growth, and cross-selling.
  • Strong exposure to global markets (India, US, APAC) and enterprise client handling.
  • Strong understanding of RPO, MSP, contract & permanent staffing models
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Exposure to Fortune 500 clients and global accounts
  • Strategic thinker, target-driven, team leader.
