Job Summary
Omnilogistics is hiring an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the complete management, maintenance, and smooth functioning of the building and its infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure that all facility operations run efficiently, including housekeeping, security, electrical, plumbing, maintenance staff supervision, vendor management, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day facility operations for the entire building.
Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance teams, and technical staff.
Ensure timely maintenance of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, lifts, and other infrastructure.
Conduct routine facility inspections and implement corrective actions.
Handle vendor coordination for maintenance, repairs, and facility services.
Manage building utilities, consumables, and facility-related inventory.
Ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance with building and fire safety regulations.
Address and resolve facility-related issues raised by employees or management.
Prepare maintenance schedules, checklists, and reports.
Monitor AMC contracts, service quality, and facility-related budgets.
Support setup for events, new installations, and office arrangements.
Handle emergency situations like power failures, water issues, or safety hazards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in facility, building, or property management.
Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security).
Ability to manage and supervise multiple facility staff and vendors.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Problem-solving ability and quick response to emergencies.
Knowledge of safety standards, inspections, and compliance requirements.
Basic understanding of budgeting and facility expense management.
