Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Freelance Leadership Training Program BPO Manager Trainer based in Panchkula. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering leadership training programs tailored to BPO managers. Day-to-day responsibilities include curriculum development, conducting interactive training sessions, managing the program schedule, monitoring participant progress, and providing constructive feedback. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure training outcomes align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Program Management and the ability to oversee training schedules and participant outcomes
  • Proficiency in Training & Development, including effective delivery of sessions and performance evaluation
  • Expertise in Curriculum Development and the ability to create structured, industry-relevant training materials
  • Strong Analytical Skills for assessing training effectiveness, participant progress, and process improvement
  • Proven experience or understanding of the BPO sector and leadership challenges is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage participants and foster a positive learning environment
  • Relevant certifications in leadership training or professional development are an advantage
