Sardar Raja College of Engineering invites applications for the post of Assistant Professor in Physics and Chemistry for the First Year Engineering (General Department). We are seeking passionate educators who can inspire students, contribute to academic excellence, and support the holistic development of young engineers.

Responsibilities

Teach Physics/Chemistry courses for First Year Engineering students as per the syllabus.

Prepare lesson plans, conduct lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions.

Evaluate students' academic progress through assignments, tests, and exams.

Mentor and guide students in academic and personal development.

Contribute to departmental activities, curriculum development, and accreditation processes.

Engage in research, publications, and faculty development activities.

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification:

Master's Degree in Physics/Chemistry with First Class.

Preferred Qualification:

Ph.D. in Physics/Chemistry (as per AICTE/UGC norms).

Qualified in TET/NET/SET (where applicable).

Experience: Freshers with excellent academic records may apply; experience in teaching/industry/research will be an added advantage.
