Salary:
Up to ₹80,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Quality Control Head
to lead and manage the quality assurance operations at our food processing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all quality control activities within the plant.
• Ensure strict adherence to
  FSSAI norms
  and other food safety regulations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes to maintain product consistency and safety.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and testing of raw materials and finished products.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Train and guide the QC team to ensure continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in the food industry is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of
  FSSAI norms and food safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
