We are seeking a skilled and motivated BIM (Building Information Modeling) Architect to join our team, playing a crucial role in integrating technology into our design and construction processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration among project stakeholders.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

  • Creating 3D models in Revit for various building types.

  • Preparing conceptual, detailed, and construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD based on project requirements.

  • Coordinating and collaborating with other disciplines.

  • Developing schematic and detailed BIM models for architectural elements.

  • Analyzing constructability by anticipating clashes, RFIs, and safety hazards through BIM models.

  • Converting laser scan point clouds into information-rich BIM models for renovation purposes.

  • Attending and managing model coordination meetings and documenting project BIM meetings.

  • Enhancing 3D models to 4D and 5D BIM by integrating Time and Cost parameters.

  • Utilizing Naviswork for Multi-Disciplinary Clash Detection.

  • Generating quantity reports as per client needs.

  • Creating the modeling schedule.

  • Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of BIM models and shop drawings.

  • Maintaining model health following BIM Best Practices Guidelines.

  • Showing eagerness to learn new software and skills.

  • Fostering a positive attitude towards collaboration and knowledge sharing.

  • Working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Demonstrating effective communication skills.

  • Operating with minimal supervision.

**Preferred Skills:**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM software.

  • Strong knowledge of building systems, construction techniques, and industry standards.

  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities for multidisciplinary teamwork.
