Landscape Supervisor – Job Description

Position: Landscape Supervisor

Department: Landscape (Softscape & Hardscape)

Reporting To: Project Coordinator / Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily landscape activities at site (softscape & hardscape).
  • Manage labour teams, allocate tasks, and monitor productivity.
  • Ensure work execution as per design, drawings, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with Project Manager / Coordinator for material requirements.
  • Verify plant list, quantities, and ensure no material is loaded or used without approval and updated quotation.
  • Maintain site discipline, safety and cleanliness.
  • Monitor plant health, irrigation schedules, and maintenance quality.
  • Track daily site progress and share Daily Work Report (DWR) in WhatsApp group.
  • Coordinate site measurements and support in billing documentation.
  • Follow up with vendors and logistic teams for timely delivery.
  • Handle on-site problem-solving and client queries (if required).

Job Types: Permanent, Volunteer

Pay: ₹13, ₹20,213.34 per month
