The Role — Turning Stays into Stories-

As a Business Development Executive, you'll connect people to the kind of stays that create memories — whether it's a family reunion, a creative retreat, or a romantic escape. This isn't about cold selling — it's about understanding people, their travel goals, and matching them to a space that feels just right. You'll connect curiosity with comfort, and transactions with trust.

You'll be part of a small, collaborative team where everyone wears multiple hats — sales, guest relations, and experience design — working together to bring Seclude's hospitality philosophy to life.

Key Responsibilities-

1.Guest & Client Interaction

  • Handle inbound and outbound guest inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails with warmth and professionalism in both English and Hindi.
  • Understand guest needs to recommend the most suitable Seclude property or experience.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with guests, corporates, and travel partners for repeat and referral business.

2.Sales & Revenue Focus

  • Manage and optimize OTA listings (Airbnb, , MakeMyTrip, etc.) for visibility, pricing, and conversion.
  • Engage with corporates, wellness groups, travel agents, and B2B partners to drive group and event bookings.
  • Track and analyze booking data to support revenue targets and dynamic pricing strategies.

3.Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with property managers to ensure smooth guest communication and accurate booking details.
  • Support in resolving guest or partner issues promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in sales reviews and share on-ground insights for business growth.

4.Travel & Representation

  • Represent Seclude in local meetings, familiarization trips, and hospitality networking events.
  • Showcase Seclude's offerings to potential partners and clients with confidence and brand alignment.

Who You Are-

  • Graduate in any discipline with 1-3 years of relevant hospitality sales, reservations, or business development experience.
  • Knowledge of OTA platforms like MMT, Goibibo etc,
  • Ability to handle inbound & outbound calls.
  • Excellent communication (English & Hindi) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation, follow-up, and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with technology tools (spreadsheets, CRM, OTA dashboards).
  • Willing to travel for client meetings and property visits.
  • Someone who values relationships and experiences as much as revenue.
