Role & responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end domestic & international travel bookings (air tickets, hotels, rail, cab, visas, insurance) for corporate clients either at client office or from company office location.
  • Manage ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and ensure error-free operations.
  • Provide cost-effective travel solutions in line with corporate travel policies.
  • Liaise with airlines, hotels, vendors, and internal teams for smooth travel arrangements.
  • Maintain PNR accuracy, invoicing, billing, and reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI/FEMA/AML guidelines and company SOPs.
  • Generate MIS reports, analyze booking patterns, and support process improvement.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve travel-related issues promptly.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2 - 5 years experience in Corporate Travel Operations / Ticketing.
  • Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre).
  • Strong knowledge of ticketing, reservations, refunds, and reissues.
  • Good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Candidates residing in or around South Mumbai / Central Mumbai preferred.
