Role & responsibilitiesUnderstand and execute the Stream PM activities as per WITT program governanceManage Application Follow Up DashboardsFollow up on deadlines and ETAs with various Action item owners in the Investment services stream.Manage requests for reporting of project coming from management and other stakeholdersManage Timesheet and budget tool for the project.Manage coordination with Capgemini vendor and BNPP infra teams for environment management and deploymentsHelp in preparing the Steering committee documentation every monthHelp in preparing the Transformation Board documentation every monthHelp in preparing the Operational committee documentation every weekHelp in chasing and coordination with Testing team for SIT and UAT phases execution of the projectHelp in resource planning for future and current project for upcoming quartersManage and document general risks and issues, mitigation for the projectManage requests, demands from other teams and stakeholders and link up with right individuals in IS stream for answering on time and with quality for all demands.Manage reporting and update of JIRA tickets for the project Agile processes.Preferred candidate profileMinimum qualifications and Experience :5 years RelevantExperience as a project manager in banking domain.Degree and Certification in project management areas.Agile @ ScaleScrumKnowledge of Agile & related processes & methodologyExperience in Wealth Management organization is a plusSome knowledge of French language is a plusFunctional knowledgeWealth management Trading and Portfolio AnalysisGood To Have (1+ year )Technical skillsMicrosoft Office SuiteSkilled (>3 years experience)Atlassian JIRA , ConfluenceSkilled (>3 years experience)PM SkillsMinimum Proficiency LevelBudget and Timesheet ManagementGoodProject Reporting & PresentationGoodVendor ManagementGood
