Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Executive to join our team at Ether Atelier Chocolat in Mumbai. You will be responsible for prospecting and developing new client relationships, managing key accounts, and promoting our luxury chocolates and services. Your daily responsibilities will include identifying potential markets, pitching tailored offerings to clients, negotiating sales agreements, and ensuring excellent customer service. Collaboration with the marketing, logistics, and creative teams to deliver seamless customer experiences is also a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, client relationship management, and ability to meet sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the luxury goods industry, premium products, or hospitality sector is an asset.
- Ability to analyze market trends and strategically identify opportunities to expand partnerships.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer software such as MS Office.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative on-site environment.
