We are a fast-growing player in the electronics sector, specializing in innovative and high-quality products ranging from consumer electronics to industrial-grade components. As we expand our footprint, we're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to help us unlock new opportunities and strengthen our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day office tasks including data entry, document preparation, filing, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, purchases, and service logs.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams for order processing and client support.
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and delivery schedules.
- Support basic customer communication (email/phone) regarding order status and documentation.
- Ensure smooth internal communication between departments.
- Assist with stock updates, purchase tracking, and reporting.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or a degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or back-office role (preferably in electronics or retail).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting or ERP software.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of electronic products is an added advantage.
