What we expect- Regular enquiry generation.
- Getting customer (power sponsor) appointments.
- Sales successful closures.
- Sales contract/order execution.
- Payment collection on time.
- Navigating through internal process/systems.
- Accurate monthly sales forecast.
- Meet targets for Order Intake, bid submissions and sales activities.
- Performance monitoring via internal platforms Participate in reviews with branch, regions as required.
- Collection of advance payments from customer.
- Commercial knowledge on taxes like GST/ Custom duty etc.
- This position plays a key role in improving market share of TKE in his territory
- Consistent past success in meeting sales targets.
- Understanding what motivates and influences customer behavior and decision making.
- Having experience in the lift industry. Have experience Winning and managing projects.
- Coordinate with different internal stakeholders and external partners such as government officials, building constructors, architects, materials supplier, project consultants and TKE field and manufacturing personnel when needed.
- Coordination with commercial and BSC teams for getting clarification on POs.
- Must be willing to get involved where necessary to support and create customer confidence, close final negotiations, drive collections, or resolve conflicts.
- Develop appropriate professional relationships with consultants, government agencies, architects, builders and developers.
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering.
- Working experience of 2-5 years and at least 2 years in the Elevator or similar Industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Good understanding of commercial contracts and requirements in India.
- Good understanding of technical details of elevators/escalators.
- Good understanding of market, competition, industry practice and construction culture.
