Nous recherchons un Travel Expert francophone expérimenté et motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe en Inde.

Vous serez responsable du marché francophone, en charge de conseiller les voyageurs et de créer des voyages sur mesure en Inde, depuis la réception des demandes jusqu'au suivi post-voyage.

Votre objectif : convertir les demandes en réservations tout en garantissant la satisfaction client et la rentabilité des dossiers.

Vos missions principales

Conseiller les voyageurs

  • Gérer les demandes entrantes issues du site web et des plateformes partenaires.

  • Identifier les besoins et attentes des voyageurs pour leur proposer des itinéraires adaptés.

  • Créer des devis et itinéraires personnalisés en collaboration avec les partenaires locaux.

Gérer les aspects pratiques du voyage

  • Coordonner les réservations d'hébergements, d'activités et de transferts.

  • Assurer la facturation et le suivi des paiements.

  • Garantir la qualité de service à chaque étape du séjour.

Assurer la satisfaction client

  • Être le point de contact principal des voyageurs avant, pendant et après le voyage.

  • Gérer les imprévus, modifications ou réclamations avec réactivité et professionnalisme.

  • Collecter les retours clients et contribuer à l'amélioration continue de l'expérience voyageur.

Collaborer et partager

  • Mettre à jour les informations sur les prestataires (hôtels, activités, services).

  • Collaborer avec le service marketing pour enrichir les supports de communication (articles, vidéos, contenus destination).

  • Participer à la dynamique de groupe et au partage de connaissances entre les bureaux d'Asie.

Conditions de contrat

Type de contrat : Contrat local (long terme)

Localisation : Bureau de New Delhi ou Jaipur (Inde)

Disponibilité : Dès septembre 2025 (immédiatement)

Rémunération : Salaire fixe selon profil + prime mensuelle sur objectifs
