Our client is a brand-new Automotive Technology Startup backed by a leading INR 500Cr Tier 1 Automotive Supplier aiming to develop driver & rider safety systems especially for the Indian conditions, by equipping the riders and drivers with advanced assistive and affordable obstacle-avoidance automotive systems. Our client tends to utilize technologies such as Computer Vision, AI/ML, Big Data, Sensor Fusion, Embedded Systems, and IOT to develop smart assistance systems.

Technical Leadership: Lead a team to solve problems in a perception / autonomous-systems scope and turn ideas into code & products Drive all technical elements of development, such as project requirements definition, design, implementation, unit testing, integration, and software delivery Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous innovation in the area of AI/ML for autonomous driving Implementing cutting-edge AI solutions on embedded platforms and optimizing them for performance. Hardware architecture aware algorithm design and development Contribute to the vision and long-term strategy of the business unit
Roles & Responsibilities: Good at software development with excellent analytical, development, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of Machine Learning & Image processing fundamentals Hands-on experience with deep learning network design and implementation. Experience in neural network quantization, compression, and pruning algorithms. Experience in deep learning kernel/compiler optimization Strong communication skills
Required Qualification (Must Have): 8-10 years of experience with real-world system building, including design, coding (C++/Python), and evaluation/testing (C++/Python) Solid experience in 2D / 3D Computer Vision algorithms, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning fundamentals Theory & Practice Hands-on experience with Deep Learning frameworks like Caffe, TensorFlow or PyTorch Hands-on experience with DLIB , Media pipe, etc. Expert level knowledge in any of the courses related to Signal Data Processing / Autonomous software development (Perception, Localization, Prediction, Planning), multi-object tracking, sensor fusion algorithms, and familiarity with Kalman filters, particle filters, clustering methods, etc. Good project management and execution capabilities, as well as good communication and coordination ability Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields Contribute to the overall strategic planning and vision of the company. Minimum 4 years of experience working L1/L2 ADAS system algorithm development like DMS, surround view, FCWS, etc Experience working with Automotive SOCs from Ambarella, NVIDIA, Renesas, TI or NXP Preferred Qualification (Nice to Have) Track record of research excellence with prior publication in top-tier conferences and journals Knowledge of CAN communication protocol
