Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The candidate should be well-versed in office management tasks, proficient in MS Word and Excel, and capable of handling day-to-day administrative and accounting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain staff attendance records.
- Draft and reply to emails in a professional manner.
- Handle GST, ESI, and PF-related work.
- Assist in banking and accounts-related tasks.
- Maintain office documentation and records.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, ESI, and PF processes.
- Basic knowledge of banking and accounts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Punctual and responsible with working hours (9 AM – 5 PM).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
