Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly competent and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Medical Superintendent (MS) in a prestigious UG/PG Medical College & Teaching Hospital. This role demands excellent administrative, coordination, and communication skills along with the maturity to handle confidential information and high-level interactions within the hospital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end secretarial and administrative support to the Medical Superintendent
  • Manage daily schedules, meetings, appointments, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with departments, doctors, teaching staff, and etc.
  • Draft official letters, reports, circulars, and maintain organized documentation
  • Handle email communications, follow-ups, and reminders
  • Support in planning and organizing hospital and academic meetings/events
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all matters
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the MSs office

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate (preferably in Administration, Management, or Healthcare)
  • Minimum 2 to 5+ years of proven experience (with NMC Norms) as a PA to senior leadership in a Medical College /Teaching Hospital.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email etiquette
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure
  • High level of discretion and interpersonal tact
